...However, if you make a mistake, a long list of documentation is waiting for you. Salary-wise, the compensation is nowhere near fair considering the excessive workload. Being a fresher apprentice, your salary will never come on time and the government part of the salary is delayed by 2 to 3 months at times. On top of that, you can be thrown into any random department based on company needs, without any regard for your skills or career aspirations. Overall, this is a toxic work environment that values results over employees, and I strongly advise against working here.

There is a lot of politics. Every person is told different decisions. Work has been very hectic. Twenty procedures are added in one task. The task is the same and has to be entered in 20 places.

There is a lot pressure of work you can not balance your work life, Not fixed working hours you have to work until your work gets finished. I had done 3 shift in row and i lived in company for whole day and night, please do consider those things and then join.

Very bad experience of work no body is cooperative and all the seniors are so arrogant and having too much ego problem.No body is excellent in there work.

Very bad experience of working please dont go in such companies.Work is also discgusting and peoples are also dangerous. Pure politics is seen in this organization.
