1.We will not allow any removal of employee, if he is not upto the mark. We give some time to train further , even after the training if he is not meeting, we allow him to choose other departments where he can perform better. 2. If any mistake happened, we will never let him down, infact we allow him to investigate himself what, why , how. 3. Policies are employee favourable.

Dislikes

Ours is a service divison,(testing laboratory), sometimes on customer damand and urgency, we work more hrs.

Likes

Existing seniors feel unsecure with new senior colleagues and specifically analysis lab seniors try to recruit only Brahmin caste and recruit dummy team members and they won't mingle and allow to team members with new senior colleagues. Always try to isolate team members.

Dislikes

Issues may not be perculated to management and Analysis Director unable to rectify also.
