My experience there was horrific. I left there in 2016 and it is 2024 now but I am still writing this review. So you can understand that how traumatic my experience was there. I used to get nightmares about these people even a few years back.

... this was with the entire product team. I pity any Product person working there. They also cheated us by adding a monthly pay-out component in the salary which was 10% of the in-hand salary. So if you leave before completing 1 year then they would deduct the whole component in the fnf. To add perspective, if your monthly in-hand was 1L, and you left the company on the 11th month to completion of the year they would deduct 11*10k which is 110000 from your fnf. The whole company is built on bad culture and abuse. Would never recommend it to even an enemy.

Dislikes

In this company there is no respect of talented people . Those who good in show off that person get promotion . They take a lot of time to confirm you as parmanent . There is no job security after confirmation also . Those who are talented not stay long time due to bad management environment

HR seems to be sweet

Dislikes

Was interviewed by a bloke (Indy Sarkar, I guess) who was in over his head. He kept interrupting me throughout the interview and came across as a Fred Flintstone. Apparently did his Masters from Oxford but couldn't put together a sentence in English properly or come up with a sensible question. Had some kind of a fetish for the product roadmap and kept going on about how his company was the best thing since sliced bread, while the company reviews state otherwise. Just awful experience, wouldn't recommend.

A suggestive comment was made to me during the interview process by CEO who took the final round. At the time of the interview I couldn't process what was said, but soon it dawned upon me what had just happened. I tried to forget about it but I cannot pretend anymore.
