...eally relaxed and calm environment even though the work we do can be fast paced. I dont dread coming into work on Monday mornings and the managers are extremely patient and understanding also good salary flexible with vacation time other benefits, Truly care about the happiness of there employees.

i have completed 2years 10months working with analah capital and as of now have not seen anything which will make any employee to dislike about anything.

I like to work at Analah as it provides good knowledge about different products also their incentives structure are good and beneficial for all its employees.

Earlier it was 5 days working now they have done 6 days working which hampers work life balance of an individual

There is growth and learning involved in my role as a RM.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is difficult, if you are looking to learn and continue some part-time courses alongside working it would be difficult to manage both.
