Everything,just politics done here, Specialy Mr.R.Singh is a terrific person,If you are oiling him he will appreciate you otherwise he just pressured you to resigne , he do it all of college like himanshu sharma,Pardeep ta Bannerjee, Mintu Mondal etc,they all are hunted by him ,The GM is a pupet,management do not aware of this..true review, please don't spoil your future, don't join this organisation...... Now its up to you.. please ambition box rated my review and I am happy to help others..

It wasn't been only working platform. More than that it was learning opportunity with extra wages benefits And it had more affable employees & good quality system

Excellent company with strong background in Adhesive and Silicone industry at OEM , Automobile , Industrial, After Market Division etc. Seniors, Divisons Head... all are very corporative ,they allow their juniors to work freely and take initiatives.

I have been working for Anabond for almost 18 years. Started my career there and got lesser than what I deserve with an hope that one day my skills and my hard work will pay off as had heard lot about company culture and promotion criteria. But now entire things and management philosophy has changed . It is entirely different from management vision as operational and decision making powers are in wrong hand. But yes job security is there. MD and his family is very kind and they try to deliver the best to their employees. If internal politics gets diminished I would say this is the best private company.

Please avoid internal politics and avoid defaming people. You must have trust toward your old employees and channel partners. Without proper channels no company can grow in longer run. Be aware of sugar coat.
