There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Your creative mind will be destroyed there by managers only... Top management can't aware of the politics of the Managers done at branches. Dear Management pls find the Vigorous character people and terminate that person... And also plsgive the manager post who know the proper management.... In Erode branch the both managers don't have a management knowledge
