Highly unprofessional. Expects that you to work at late nights and early mornings if required. Manager takes the entire credit. Too much politics. The top managers have received their promotions only because of politics. Some marketing managers do not even have required qualifications but are marketing associate only because they spent few years in the same organisation. No growth. Management does not stick to one plan for longer time. They want immediate results.
The company is extremely co-operative with employees as well as walking people. I love the fact that I am a part of a company that market reliable , high quality products and has a wide range of people associated with this world wide. The marketing team is extremely understanding and helpful at any time. The company culture is also very good , everyone has a friendly behaviour.
Compensation is not satisfactory and promotion is not at all . Being a off-payroll contractual employee , we have to face discriminations all the time . Moreover, I have to attend telephonic calls in a continuous basis that seems to be like call centre. No growth regarding performances. Knowledge gained is not satisfactory. As a front office employee , I have to handle the walkings which is a pain sometimes.

Dislikes
No work life balance. Everyday its a review day. Unnecessary reporting formats inspite of a dedicated MIS team working. Business partners are everything and reach out to the ceo/sales head very easily.
Top management has no clue why business is going down for last FY.
...orking at this company has been disappointing primarily due to two major issues. Low salary and unprofessional senior staff behavior. The lack of respect and unprofessionalism create a toxic environment affecting both morale and productivity.
