Compensation is decent , but growth is slow . the work pressure is very sometime , I have to work 13 - 15 hours . straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late into the manager do not value an individual unique strength , which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the time I so receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during My mind year appraisals.

Dislikes

Force to push slow moving items/already expired items/ near to expiry items to Distributor. No help from seniors. 20-30% damage claim settlement to Distributor. They expect 15-20% month on month growth with this policy. Some Product managers are just bogus. No market knowledge only twaddle. Employee perks and benefits are very low compared to industry. Management pass all works to the field sales force. Current MD is just dreaming without solving any issues we are facing in ground level. Employee & distributors both are frustrated with this company. In many areas there are no distributors willing to work with AMUL because of its policy.

Salary comes on first day of every month, you will get your yearly bonus and incentive irrespective of your growth. Good job if you want a bramd name and nothing else.

Company doesn't value their channel partners and employees. No product replacements from market. Unnecesarily pushing of new products without market knowledge. Work culture is very poor.

Dislikes

Distributor gets angry and frustrated because of primary stock dumping. It creates problem to the distributor to manage the inventory. Claim process is delayed. Distributor do not received the fresh products sometimes received the nearby expired products.

Good worklife balance, salary is fair job is secure.

Dislikes

Well less growth oriented organization. People focus only on IRMA Alumni. Only they have the chance to grow, other employees are just not even in the picture, especially when It comes to growth and promotions. I'm an MBA grad but I feel I am a mere salesman. My skills are wasted and I can't put them to use. Superiors think they are just the masterminds rest are fools.
