Future business is very less as the Indian railway is introducing electrical engines instead of diesel engines. Due to less workload the employee growth is very slow.

Some of staff members are great but very bad nature of mangement

That company is not think about its worker there is no facility of drinking water, lunch tables, and security for workers very bad control of management
