time at Amsys as a Telecom Engineer was far from satisfactory. The leadership, particularly under Mohd Maaz, was poor. There was a constant feeling of disorganization and neglect. The tools and resources provided were outdated and insufficient, making it hard to meet project deadlines. Moreover, the work culture was toxic, with little respect for employee well-being and work-life balance. It’s a frustrating place to work, and I wouldn’t advise anyone to join this company.”

“Working at Amsys as a Telecom Engineer was a regrettable decision. Mohd Maaz, the manager, was ineffective and often dismissive of employee concerns. The training provided was minimal, leaving new hires to figure out complex tasks on their own. The overall morale in the team was low, and the high turnover rate was a clear indicator of the dissatisfaction among employees. I can’t recommend Amsys to anyone looking for a stable and supportive work environment.

Suggestion-i worked there for more than 1 year and observed that they ruined the future of the employees just to show their dominance and threaten to fired but after getting fired I gave this genuine review and yes I support to other recent reviews too yeah I accept there is management playing favouritism and do a favour to their relatives. A lots of employee left the office when they lost their hopes without informing the management just because of their poor management.

Hire and fire strategy. Management isn’t good. No proper HR policy. Not getting promotion or appraisal. Limited option after this role to career growth. Dictatorship policy in Noida office. No hybrid no rotational and lack of other major facilities. No prior notice they fired employees on the same day. No job security.
