Very toxic culture, while politics exist everywhere, it is at a different level and very toxic at AMS. No one seems to benefit and progress apart from the senior leadership.

Doesn't care about the employees who are with company, ready to hire someone from external and give 30-40% hike, where as internal employees will get 7% hike for the same role with low package compared to market

it required only those Person who only work and Not ask for salary. it have no time for salary for Employee. it is use and through base company. i did one year job from this Company.it Experience is very bad for me.

Companies senior management doesn't have vision to drive the business nor have proper knowledge about driving the business, Taking rash decisions to drive the business is the major drawbacks for business

If you are working with right manager, you will be given your dues in time. They offer year end break to rejuvenate.

At times real status on a client or progress is ignored and management clings to the pre assumed progression commitments and do not take the steps which are needful.
