Concept of Respect and Dignity does not exist. Only capitalist approach of work. The person who works will be given more and more.... Shouting and insulting is the work culture; No job security, no career growth, only bad politics, No training, no work-life balance.

# Toxic Work culture - driven straight from the top # Zero empathy, character or integrity # Senior Personnel (Partners) with low level of actual competence masquerading as domain experts # Corporate policy is what the Managing Partner decides on that given day. # Severe micro-management # Currently experimenting with nepotism.

Really need to try hard but really can’t think of much . For beginners who want to make there life in a research background can learn a lot .

Dislikes

The overall culture is very demeaning, letting the subordinates down and pushing someone to the gut . To much unnecessary pressure with no work life balance and only expect that work is the only focus , and that if not done as per them is of no use and all hard work goes in wain . Overall work only if ur distressed and no where else to go .

Work profile is interesting. Working on different projects gives exposure to lots of industry knowledge and helps in networking. Interviewing CxO level candidates helps in a lot of confidence boost & Professional development

Dislikes

Culture isn’t right. Employees feel disengaged. Relation is very transactional. Politics, biases are prominently visible.
