The pay scale is pathetic they won't pay you according to your skills the HR department is the worst and especially barkha kukreja assistant manager she don't even know how to behave, they spoiled the name of this big institution.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The company is open to innovate and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of Amritha pharmacy departments with got full working knowledge and practices with well training and handling various pressure activities and duties . The collegues and seniors are well cultured backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. The whole financial and accounting duties about the hopitality and pharmacy materials can easily acquired by the experience from such reputed hospital of working.

salary growth is slow. work shift are some difficult for long travel .

The institution have good apparatuses and it's accessible to all. Most people are friendly, and everything is in one floor. That's the big benefit. You have freedom to try out your ideas. They have many collaboration projects, which is an advantage. But everything depends on your supervisor. Choose your supervisor carefully. If you can survive there, then you can survive anywhere.

Dislikes

...ethical. Half day app will be cut, if you are more than 5 mins late to punch in. Sometimes even if you punch in your attendance they will cut your pay and you can't do anything about it. Also very less holidays a year.
