When I was working in amrita, I was bullied, Disrespected, shamed. And that made me strong and motivate myself to attain new heights. They will test you to the core, if you survive you will win the world, else depressed for life.

Dislikes

The poor management, I got my Identity card 1 week before my resignation. No appreciation, No work Balance my personal life got ruined.

No policy is in favor of the staff.

Dislikes

There is no job security here, the working process is also not good, how to do any policy properly is not told in advance. The software we are working on is also not perfect. The staff also keep on moving to different pharmacies.
