I have spent first 3 years here as a Back office Assistant & 5 year as a Branch-in-Charge of Asansol Branch.It was a finance Co. operating as a Bank-corporate body. Here I was experienced to handling staffs , Agents , Debtors & Creditors.Here I learn how to developed own knowledge & skill by sharing group management working. To handling liquid cash & maintaining manual & computerized way of accounting side by side., i had groomed my-self for the better future here. To organised seminars, meeting , group discussion I here developed my speaking power , as well as the various styles of drafting for the well organised corporate sectors.

Dislikes

it was a private Banking systems , the liquid cash process & return benefit to the parties was very poor. Some times we had faced different problems to mitigate the demands of the depositors.
