1.Very Orthodox culture. 2.You can not expect honor, or good behavior at any time, from the beginning, management are very rude in nature. 3.They don't give you proper time to prove yourself. 4.Unplanned recruitment process 5.Very nasty office structure, proper hygiene not maintained. Both kolkata & Guahati 6.Ambience of fear is always. 7.Not so much employ friendly culture. 8.work distribution and balance is not correct. 9.MD vision is clear, but the team under him is waisting his time and money. 10.No one is helpful. Very selfish and back or leg pulling culture. Management should work on it with a unbiased process.

...siping. Some kinds of species are always ready for bread and butter technology. Poor salary structure. Zero planning. Unnecessary work load.

...difficulties when setting the unimaginable targets without providing resources PLI salary cut was implemented without any information during employment . even the plant was running 120 % of capacity PLI was not settled out to all. when we resigned and served the notice period also, part salary was cut and there is no explanation or response from the management

...perience was good. Our MD Sir is very good person and very friendly with staffs. Timely salary. Overall it is a good company.

Very remote location. Accommodation and other facilities are not upto mark.
