The work culture is very good. I suggest, it a good company for newcomers, for learning and skill development. It’s a very nice place to work, specially for people who come from design or creative background.

Dislikes

The pay is very less and there are no proper HR system in place and there are no leave polices or other perks for employees.

No one, actually policy's are changing according to directors like salary cuts by 20 %, and increment 5 %, not sure about, but some employees lost their jobs without any pay, rest are coming 30 days but anything can happen may be 15 days work and rest 15 days without pay. Having fun here

Dislikes

Here many groups are divided, many thieves are here but they directors dont have power to say anything to them, and directors are using there power on who works honestly follows every order. 2 year bonds money deducts but employees cannot do anything. Even 15 min late will be considered half day.

Manager of International Airport Mumbai is worst person to be working with Amrapali. He is biased and supports only his favorite one staff give that one staff required shifts and all facilities. I wanted to work more but he harresses me so much that I had to quit for my better health.
