Lack of Job security is the major reason for such poor Feedback. The Firm shut down a unit without any prior notice and did not pay the promised compensation which is highly unethical and unprofessional.

For me it was work from home. I can manage my home with my work easily now there is no option for wfh.

Every thing was mannual in this digital world. My role demands coordination with day shift employee it was becoming hell for me to work for 24 hours

Work culture is good, there is regular competition within the teams. you will learn a lot if you are capable

Dislikes

You have to come on time but you will be forced to work overtime 1-3 hours everyday without getting paid. There is so much confusion when the designs are finalised. 3 bosses and they are on different lanes. if they give you a target of 50 designs you will have to make 150.

Likes

Job security is good, working in good environment feels good to achieve knowledge, company policy is also good but I have some loss also in my salary. And overall it's good experience working with the company.

There is no dislike in working with GARISM,all thing is good have good experience
