Good to work for an international company and the salary was good, good training facilities.
Favouritism, politics, hostile environment of not performed well managers can use slang languages and there is no proper response or poor handling of employee complaints.
Navigating a demanding work culture where hard work often goes unnoticed. The store manager shoulders the weight of responsibilities, even company losses. Despite embarrassing challenges and responsibilities, the recognition and benefits seem overshadowed by unwarranted blame from the cluster and area manager.
When an individual achieves their targets through overtime and commitment to work without taking proper leaves, the response is often a dismissive “business as usual”. However during an appraisal, the focus narrow downs to just 3-4 KPIs, disregarding the myriad responsibilities that managers juggle on daily basis.
Despite the company offerings variety of claim benefits, the cluster manager consistently denies or conceals these perks. Paradoxically, he unabashedly submits claims for every conceivable expenses, ranging from liquor to restroom charges
Upon applying for promotion, the area manager assures your selections but soon after he force you to travel an unfamiliar city-an offer you decline due to unfamiliar or lack of residence. If you accept, you endure blame without proper appraisal or benifits. If you refuse, the area manager ask you an email committing to two more years without seeking promotion for documentation purposes.

No job security during appraisal they will move you to calls saying your experience is more into it. Why can’t they figure it out when a employee has worked for a designation which was offered to her. Lack of politics more than the work assigned to you. You will be asked to cooperate and do other team people work

I've started my work life from here and honestly the package I got was very decent, the onboarding process is very well stream-lined during my time. Training session are structured and conducted.I've been exposed to a lot of things in my tenure and our cluster was very courteous to towards my mess-ups. Company tries well in maintaining work-environment stands. Customer centric and very concerned on customer feedback. Colleagues are very help and my seniors helped me everytime, Very grateful to them.They've sent a box of cookies for New Year which is cool. Payroll is punctual. Is a great place to start for freshers.
Senior management stays disconnected with executive pool. Politics within work floor. My manager took 1 year for employment confirmation where-as it hardly takes 3 months, yet higher management stayed un-concerned. No real perks than incentives. A small unfriendly reviews can collapse your months worth of integrity and hardwork in administration's view. Company doesn't keep it's promise in third party incentive but constantly forces focus on Third party products for better business. Growth visibly is very poor, I've seen performers getting nowhere in the end. Timings are also bad. Being is good books of manager is expected even if you excel. There's always pressure on selling insurance and generating leads. stingy in paying for expenses but willing to suck the utility out of its employees. Average Par HR Policies. I've left mainly because of the politics.
Only debit form Salary for mistake happen by you. No trust on employees.Mr. Bijas M one manager don't have mind to work. Really poor manager not eligible for manager. Don't anything except politics. Never join Ample. Salary is very low and high risk of debit.
