Dislikes

No personal life and huge politics in a small team. There is no appreciation of the work as middle management is highlights only the person in front of higher who linked personally with them not who work hard and loyalty.

... any cost, no work life balance and leaves are not granted as per employee wish. Weekends are also considered in working days, compensation and appraisal are good as compared to other companies.
