Promotion doesn't mean increase in salary, even for intern to full time role. For full time role, salary is pretty low even compared to TCS. I mean really low. So overall I would give it a 3.

Lots of politics and no work life balance .fake comments regards to Saturday off . Nathing is good except salary that also come on 10 till probation period. Dual face people. I will never ever recommend anyone to join thane branch

They always lai to you management is very bad fake HR. Sachin wadiyar is sach a fake person. Ampcus will destroy your career don't trut and don't waste your time here If you find an better opportunity or any health issue they will never give you proper release and experience letter they extend time hours everyday.. if you perform good still they extend your time hours everyday.. don't choose this organisation i am sure you will also get bad experience.. such a disgusting company culture

Company CEO is a very gentleman.

Worst management… totally micro management they don't have proper work flow.. no job security and there is no point of contact..no response. Then dont have proper client… if there is no business then they will suddenly tell to leave the company. I suggest everyone not to join this company. Toxic environment

When you join they will show you many dreams and then they will show there things they will make you work for extra hours daily 1-2 hours extra in night.
