As a company Ampa is good brand & company . Management is good. But this project Sales & CRM is outsourced to Bharathi Meraki , which is the worst company to work with. Sales people will be reporting to people from Bharathi Meraki. They will hire all experience peoples from different industry & do mockery of their experience. Bharathi meraki sales director & MD is greedy , they will scam the amount received from the customers. They will not encourage booking from leads provided by management, they will ask to generate own leads. So that sales director has some shell channel partner registered with company , commission will be shared by bharathi meraki director & MD. Also whatever money customer paying , entire amount will not reach the management, they will loot certain amount. Soon this scam will get exposed , so the existing team has been relieved from the system to save their career. Please dont enter into this toxic environment. Over all this project & Ampa management is good. Bharthi Meraki is toxic
