1. Ontime salary issues 2. Too much micromanagement 3. No vision or ideas in senior management 4. Project managers have no strategies or vision to complete the projects. every day just asking about timelines and completion status only. 5. Senior managers and reporting managers do not working and only talking on sense less planning and improvement strategies. 6. Senior management will ask about your involvement and performance related questions to other persons and not discuss with you in case of any concerns. 7. Unnecessary recruited managers who are not really working and just doing talking big things. 8. Internal politics and fake people. 9. Too much frequent travelling at client location with not such facilities and giving nominal allowances as DA. No return date fixed and work planning while travelling, only onsite manager will ask for the team and HO managers will ask you to travel at client location immediately without any prior information, planning or vision. 10. Always expecting to be available and work on Saturday, on Holiday and while on leave.

...ssigned to you with very short deadline. There is no any bonus given by company. They are giving you a bonus by deduct a small portion from your salary. During covid-19 they are refuse to given previous year bonus and also refuse to given current year increment as well they are also deducted amount from salary. There is no value of employee. If you have any personal issue they dont support you. You first complete your work anyhow. You tired for Continuous call from client and ba. Minimum 50 call daily you need to attend with your development. Very late increment every year and new salary given almost complete half an year and arrears amount is given almost next year every time.
