Work Culture is not Safe for Girls. They are more interested to recruit good looking & unmarried girls. Can't write much then this. Most of the employees are relatives or known of Senior Management. No neutral recruitment process. They will fire you on the name of Performance to save their market image.

A company having open culture. You can directly talk to higher management for any concern.

The company is not given any rise in salary at the time of promotion. There is lacking to differentiate between performing and non performing persons.

Appraisals and promotions are always dismal even for deserving candidates. Salary offered vs designation/experience mismatch a lot and are fairly low compared to industry standards.

Teamwork is good here, amnealiam culture is very good they are like family. job security is high.

Salary structure is not good. Even the hr department is also bad. They know but still they are not taking action.

Working culture of company is awesome and team support with work life balance. There are many players who like cricket and company organize cricket tournament.
