Teamwork is good here, amnealiam culture is very good they are like family. job security is high.

Salary structure is not good. Even the hr department is also bad. They know but still they are not taking action.

... taken care and also provide medical and economical help to positive individual. All the Pharmaceutical Companies earn good income in lockdown still some provide no increment or even problem in salary credited while amneal is transparent in this and never have such type of issue because if amneal earn then it is willing to give money or credit to their employees.

A company having open culture. You can directly talk to higher management for any concern.

The company is not given any rise in salary at the time of promotion. There is lacking to differentiate between performing and non performing persons.

Appraisals and promotions are always dismal even for deserving candidates. Salary offered vs designation/experience mismatch a lot and are fairly low compared to industry standards.
