Colleagues are of good nature but they are badly stuck there.

Dislikes

Most of my other colleagues were given Experience and Relieving letter even after serving notice period for just a week and few worked without salary also for nearly 45 days with great pain. While even If I was ready to work without salary for 30-45 days also, they denied giving my letter. They are not at all professional by nature.

...red me for Germany from India. When I reached Germany, they started ignoring me. They will cut salary without discussing with you for no reasons.

Everything from an excellent atmosphere to the people as well as the working culture. The flexibility and the approach to business and employees. Payment is above the market average and rewards based on performance. International clientele and quite an excellent focus on Innovation and new ways of doing things. Overall an excellent place to work.

Work life balance but not mental peace

Dislikes

First of all there were no fixed rules or policies were there, it used to vary from person to person which i felt was partial. Very much favorism is there between north and south employees and office is full of politics. Very rude HR, no manners to talk to their employees. And last but not least they will do mentally torture at the time of relieving. Didn't even send the proper required FnF documents & last months payslip even after following up with them so so many times which I personally feel is very horrible as the new employer would be requiring it.

Work environment is good. Good support with the management and team.

Dislikes

Most of the company have the same dislike from the employees about their job security, but we can't blame the company if they didn't get any work load.
