...ew. So we cannot give hike as technical interview has been gone with best score. Even if you join you can't leave till confirmation because they have taken cancel cheque for 1 month salary..this is very bad policy of company. Don't waste your time and money.

...sked for salary expectation and my calendar blocked for interview very next day. - i clear 2 technical interviews with unprofessional interviewers and 2 unprofessional HR, in the beginning i told my salary hike expectation is 50% and they gave 5% WoW... -I asked for offer letter so they came up with new policy if you want an offer letter you have to gave a check of one month as a deposit so after releasing offer you will not back out, if you find other company and not join amla commerce your check will be forfeit. - If you wish to waste your time go ahead with the interview, but as i see the reviews of the company and my experienced if was horrible, management also know that no that they have a bogus work and management culture and they not able to find the resources.

Don't go for interview. After 3 rounds of interview, they will offer 11%0 raise in overall CTC. Even after offering this disgusting raise, they will ask to submit blank cheque before releasing offer which you will never see in other companies. No job security and no work life balance
