Because they do not have any work ethic they can ask s permanent employee to leave without notice nor any great compensation no right to speak about your self full of politics, Cheapness dirtiest place to work no formal meetings no discussion of Strategies plan etc.

... Organization is being run by bunch of lost people with no vision and direction. No growth, No development, bad pay, no PF or any other perks. Complete exploitation and if one works here for more than 5 years then it becomes very difficult to get other job in market as there is no skill development.

Amity Online has behaved in an absolutely unprofessional manner during the Vivid situation. Except for few people, not much of positives...

Unstructured and illogical decision making, no clarity of their hiring strategy, they hire people at lower salaries which is disclosed to them later, no employee benefits and much more.l

One of the disasters in terms of the education sector, they are game players who play dirty politics with the new joiner They are a hub where favouritism is approved not for the one who is a hard worker. HR is worst with no HR Traits Sonia Singh is placed in a higher position in HR management but doesn't know what are ethics and professional behaviour. The second one Rahul new hired HR he doesn't know about the profile completely about amity university online and barks too much in a loud way maybe he is a bit psychological disturbing element. Anshul HR he can't stand for the right person and is equally involved in the dirty politics. So who so ever trying to look for job opportunities in the education field I request you not to give preference to the amity university online.... If you do so then you can think of that your black days turned on.

Employees will have to tackle with the sales pressure but there's no job security. I was fired because they rammed down the process, without any prior notice. Company's policies are unethical. Kindly do read the policies before joining. Won't suggest anyone to join.

There's no job security with Amity online. I was fired Along with 50-60 other employees, without any valid reason. We were asked to resign without any prior notice on the same day. We didn't even get any notice. Company's policies are unethical. Kindly do read policies before joining. They don't follow TATs.
