... tough for teachers to manage it. Promotion is something not to be expected. No standard industry salary. They offer you as per the demo you deliver. Negotiate. No work-life balance. You'll somedays be on call with your head at even 11pm.

I have learnt a lot in this organization. Our chairperson ma'am is very cooperative and I did did work because of her love and support to the teachers.

The work life balance is excellent & so is the environment, full credit goes to the Centre head & management for this. The opportunity for building a long term relation is very strong here. The institution is growing well in Navi Mumbai & will be a leader in the coming years.
