The company is open for innovation in its field of work. You can learn to be a Multi Tasker here and your efforts are counted. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. Employee rehire policy is also appreciable here.

Dislikes

Compensation is average and appraisal is slow.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good

Dislikes

There is alot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salery is decent but career growth is slow.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
