...t you , Have the limit of 4 Late comings in a month + 5 more minutes for entry . Casual leaves are always helpful in Sick leaves or urgency work ( no deduction ) in salary. Provides the high Increment to the well deserving employees who consider their honesty and dedication for the company .

When the employees do not accept their own mistakes ( attitude , illegal works ) and because of ,it is important for the management to take actions against them hence lay off or less appraisal.

Didn't like the working environment . They don't even have a UI/UX team . When My friend reigned from the internship they blamed her only for the resignation and sent a termination letter calming her behavior is not good.

Working as HR , I just like the Work Culture , Environment and company's way of caring . This is just amazing for which i do not have any words but i can say one thing this company is performing very well in the business as well as for the Employees satisfaction . They will hire you by giving 1or2 k extra in comparison to other companies and then you wont get any increment and when you will ask for the increament they will start point out on rubbish things. This is their company foundation. They simply use people and then they will fire you without giving any experience letter.

No job security, No growth, No leaves, boring environment, ask to do work from home, no personal space
