this is one of the fraud company , how to pay as per commitment( as per labor law , they can claim only if they invest in my training and my case they did not spend a rupee as per article 19 be waived by any person be forced to do something that amounting to be violation) . full of politics . worst company ever

Carrier growth depends on the person but in general it is very slow and picky Salary acceptable but doesn’t reflect company reputation as one of the largest medical supplier Travel a lot as engineering and depends always on the need Politics... a lot and too many untold rules and will be discoverer in the difficult way Learning... a lot and it depends on the person himself Work environment depends on your direct manager basically but in general acceptable Innovation, not really encouraging this, as a lot of managers want to take the credit Work- life balance, asking for a lot of tasks which almost impossible to be done during normal working hours, if you want to prove your self, you have to sacrifice you family time in many occasions.

Dislikes

It used to be stable, but due to management changes and applying a lot of follow up system, the environment became aggressive and not stable to stay as a lot of parties trying to protect themselves rather than making the job done properly.

Only thing is they are flexible in shift timings

Everything the management will look there employees like slave more over baisness will be done by management.and while exiting from the company they will misuse your benefits
