In my 10 years of service given to AOCP first 5 years was excellent because management was excellent, later from 2018 onwards management has appointed unprofessional and unexperienced staff to lead. Selling concrete products is headed by non concrete and non civil background professional. Above that with zero Gulf experience managers are heading the people who are having 20 years Gulf experience.
