Work in the Amiad before 2019 is good experience, all staff is supportive. Salary on time, other all is good.

Dislikes

After 2019 new management came and Amiad growth decline. Many employees resign the jobs including me, because of mental harassment and valgure language. Amiad Isarel management not even ask any Employee to whats the problem in the management. In single year more than 25 employees resign the job. And I heard abt Amiad situation is very worst in current situation. Now no one wants to work in that environment.

Work culture is not good at all, dont have any company policies, dont have management. No hr department, Office timing is not fixed. People have to work more than 12 hours a day regular.

Working culture, no strategy, no planning, Not an organised work, not systematic work, no office timing.

At the time I was working with Amiad is good but when I was leaving from company the management is very worst. And the manager in current management is like gully boy, bcoz his abusing language and shouting on everyone everytime. Currently there is no any policy implemented like Saturday Sunday off and other benefits. When from current manager joined, within 1 year 20 to 25 people resigned bcoz of his harassment nature. Even some people don't have any jobs in hand. There is nothing like MNC. So be careful before joining this company.
