Though this is Indian Based company, the company has maintained the hospitality and good infrastructure for manufacturing facilities. The HR initiative is one of the best factor that had been never in other companies like Birthday Celebration, Thank you Cards, Reward and Recognition schemes and many. The Managing Director and Director of this company believes in employee welfare (only old employees) and Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR). Sales and Marketing team of this company is the strength of this company and Director himself is a rubber technologist.

The worst thing is that, The director-Alpesh Gandhi gives importance only to those people who have done degree or diploma from LD College. The Monopoly has been created by Some Employees in each Functional Department within this organisation. shocking Very toxic work culture I have seen in this group. If you have joined this organisation as new Joinee then you feel Discrimination in the workplace, mostly Gujjus are cheaper in this group. In other words if I would have to tell about company then this company is Lala company. As I have been worked with Quality Department and This company is manufacturing Pharma, Biopharma and Food Industry related Silicon rubber products, the Quality staff himself break the rules Like eating food at the workplace itself. Also they obey the rules of Lala company Two Punch and One Lunch.
