Poor work culture No problem work life balance Asked you to work till mid night No good hike and recognition How many years of experience you have and knowledge you have it doesn’t matters if you are good at buttering they will give you more power to deal with teammates Work is not at all good You come with good experience but here you will end up following up only on findings Management is not supportive No respect for your work

You have to learn yourself. No training was given while joining. Every fault is yours. Managers consider themselves as sarkari babu but not all. Every manager is running around a single senior to just sustain. Spineless HR. Job guarantee does not guarantee growth. No learning. It's a corporate FACTORY.

Nothing, it's a good company with zero culture, not sensitive to the market, management very indifferent don't give a damn attitude and sadly everybody thinks they are untouchable.
