Worst organisational system and work culture, multiple corrupt power centres, completely unprofessional biased treatment for employees , centralization of power vested in a few hands and only those employees who are buttering those power centres will be recognised, rewarded and retained even if they are idiots, incapable and do nothing. Complete window dressing, false documentation, everything unethical, worst organisation to work with

I recently attended an interview with for the position I had applied for. However, things took an unexpected turn, when they offered me a different role, which I accepted verbally. I was asked to join the team and collect my appointment order on the agreed-upon date. Unfortunately my joining date brought me the shocking surprise. I was told that my position has been kept on hold, and to my dismay the vice principal who interviewed me earlier refused to meet me in person to discuss the matter. I felt insulted and disrespected by the lack of courtesy and professionalism. What's even more disappointing is if my position has been kept on hold, a simple phone call or email would have been much appreciated. Instead I travelled around 46 kms (per day) up and down for three days and spent Rs.2400/- for travel alone just to be left disappointed and disrespected. This interview experience left a sour taste in my mind and I am still trying to process the sudden change in the circumstances. I hope the management re-evaluate their communication and candidate handling process to avoid the similar incidents in the future.
