It's a good company in terms of policies, work, culture but not in terms of compensation, work life balance and growth and development, it's below average.

Dislikes

Task on daily basis and pressure to perform such tasks. If you take leaves more than a day, you have to compensate for that one extra leave day work in upcoming days as you have to complete the target for the month end. This gives you no relaxing period and always you will be in pressure to complete the task.

Likes

Joining bonus is hefty but they take it back if you leave the organisation within a specified period of tume.

...s to 6 in the morning Partial managers who only listen to what advisors say and no review is taken from the employee Untimely pay and may not even receive full amount at the time of exit Toxic work culture where everyone tries to bring you down

Good Learning opportunities in terms of systems architecture and designs for thise who are aiming at an architect profile

Dislikes

They are poor on salary and benifits part and have no freebies for the employees or any proper education/certification policy ( a policy is there but has to go through a lot of processes which takes around 2 months of time)

Too many meetings. New hires get more salary than the current employees. Old employees don't get any raise while they hire new employees with very high salaries than the current employees with same experience and skill set.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
