Joining bonus is hefty but they take it back if you leave the organisation within a specified period of tume.

...s to 6 in the morning Partial managers who only listen to what advisors say and no review is taken from the employee Untimely pay and may not even receive full amount at the time of exit Toxic work culture where everyone tries to bring you down

...similar salaries. Car policy Old employees are incentivized with bonus amounts. Old employees and new employees have same basic salary its just the bonus that differs

Odd working hours Very old school processes, a lot of manual tracking worksheets, they still use excel

Good Learning opportunities in terms of systems architecture and designs for thise who are aiming at an architect profile

Dislikes

They are poor on salary and benifits part and have no freebies for the employees or any proper education/certification policy ( a policy is there but has to go through a lot of processes which takes around 2 months of time)

Management is biased No proper job training Too much attention No leadership no support Too much workload No flexibility No work life balance
