ATC is supporting in terms of payments of employees. We receive payments on time, furthermore, no salary cut or hold happened during and after the Covid-19 lockdown when other corporate was suffering. Noone was told to left the job.

Dislikes

...ned by the company. No work appreciation. There is no growth in terms of skills. Moreover, it doesn't matter to them whether you are skilled or good at work, they will pay you poorly because their HR doesn't understand you work and your degrees and your college. Most of the people are not good at anything, however, they are paid higher because they knew the employer already.

Work culture very hactic and this is what you get product base company becoz existing employees never accept new people and they start competition with them to secure there job but this never be needed .

During my tenure Viom merger was not formed, where company was focusing on OPEX reduction from all segment , which in turn was difficult to suddenly change the environment. Work culture is good, and one can developed himself along with career growth with a challenging environment.

Induction and technical skills with others need to share among teams as well as keeping growth aspect with salary and appraisal aspires

No job security, rude managers,average work, school like culture where management like scolding employees and looking them down.

My experience with American tower corporation has been disappointing due to poor management and an intensely political work culture. Employees often face personal biases from leadership, resulting in unfair terminations or forced role changes, even after dedicating years of service. No learnings at all, very conservative environment doesn't feel like working in an IT firm They have the biggest ego and they will not care to ruin your work experience and environment at work.

This is not a good place to work, people look at your face, not at your work
