The employees are not supportive they just blame each other for the mistakes. Management is not that much good Those people don't pay the interns but they do the work like an employee and no matter what they do the management are not satisfied.

...f they work good if they don't want to work very good some one else will come.appriasal on what ground they give I don't know am 45 still I try to compete in work but the opposite person will not understand what I believe work one day it will pay back

It's a corporate company and really happy to associate with American oncology institute and they have adapted lastest technology and instruments for giving quality treatment to the patients.

No promotions. No work recognition. Only favourite persons getting benifits . It's not fault of organization. Talented people need and recognition by superiors

Everything. No growth, no respect for new ideas. No resolution for road blocks.. No credit for out of the box ideas. Hitlerism is followed. Boss attitude is my way or highway. Very toxic work culture. No work life balance. Boss scold if we take off to attend to a sick family member
