Nothing is here to be liked. Neeraj Agarwal one of the management is treating everyone as slave. Yes if you are slave minded then definitely you will het all kinds of benefits. Other wise you will always be in target and indirect wor pressure will be given to you.

Dislikes

Neeraj Agarwal is the only person who is destroying the company culture. Lots of complaints against him, but still organization is keeping him because organization also want the same culture and environment this person has created. And due to him, many talents had left the organization. Office culture and less work pressure is the only thing every employee expects. But here Politics by Neeraj and slavery works.

I love working with this Org because of it's strong commitment to innovation and excellence. The work environment is supportive and collaborative, allowing me to grow professionally and contribute to meaningful outcomes.

Dislikes

While I appreciate the opportunities at Org, one area that could be improved is the work-life balance. At times, the workload can feel demanding, and it may require extra hours to meet deadlines or handle peak periods.
