...that they want to work with you to make things better but that time never comes. You will never be given a chance for promotion or pay raise unless you are seen as a favorite by management. You can also except no guidance on how to improve or what exception are concerning you work or position. Job functions changes often and without warning and you are mostly informed long after management has decided on things so you have no input on any process but management also wants you to take control of process that they will ignore your input on to do whatever they want. One of the work companies I have ever work for in IT and would recommend staying as far away as possible.

Too much politics, leads are promoting politics culture and dependancies . they are reluctunt to share knowledge and promote a person who keeps dependancy. Instead of breaking dependancies they support them who does this

No work life balance. Terrible team management and pathetic work culture. No power distribution between management. Only the Person whom you report has all the power. So better you can understand.

Work culture and team culture is pathetic. Could find escalation on every Work Order and unrealistic Project deadlines.

Salary & Benefits. Hybrid Work from Home policy and also Manager approved WFH twice a year for 2 weeks.

Dislikes

Work Culture is very toxic and driven by selected people with zero consideration for employees personal life. Although not everyone is the same, but as the higher management itself is toxic it impacts overall work environment to the point who is not used to this work culture will feel suffocated.

With ABS you have an absolute job security.

Dislikes

Old technology stack. Now moving towards latest trends but at a slower pace due to politics games between Pune and Houston management. Sad to see the legacy product being ruined by Houston's project manager.
