And the security in the gate behaves that he is the owner of the company he is one bull shit ( Stupid Maniac ), always watching in the CCTV who is doing what and how long they will be sitting idol and how long they will use the restroom, and my suggestion not to join the company

Amer junaidi for foods employee retention is less than 2%. if you ask any employee about work culture everyone will point out the rude behavior and the discrimination we face on a daily basis. the conduct with employees shows their nomadic thinking and pathetic conduct .

Everything, bad decision, once joined within 6 months they will remove you from the company, Especially one operation manager named IBRAHIM and his team is very dangerous in that company.

The Company is headed by Illiterate person who had hired one low level manager who does not know how to treat employees and moreover quality what they are offering is also poor
