Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Though it's not about likings but the owners of the company and the work culture as well as system is my very well known nothing else......

Dislikes

Here is no fixed policies for anything at all, Salary paid scale is very very low and for that because retention is a big issue, no fixed weekly off, moreover no fixed date for Salary & that date mostly comes at the end of 2nd week or mid of 3rd week also etc.
