I was working in Amelio for nearly 1-year and that's the worst experience ever. As a teacher, if u r looking for a good job please don't ever choose Amelio for ur career means it's waste of time BUT your energy, idea, strength, and stamina will be only wasted. I have been working as AT for 7 months n then again for 1 n half months for home service. They DON'T have HUMANITY at all. They didn't give me my salary for nearly 2 months just because I took sick leave for 3 days in December and so they kept my November month salary pending. AMELIO never cared about their staff. They just need their work to be done on time. THEY have the worst policy, system, and MANAGER (MEPZ) who never care about their CO-WORKERS. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND AMELIO FOR ANY OF MY FRIENDS, FAMILY, AND SURROUNDING for Both WORK and AS DAYCARE. if teachers are not happy at their workplace for sure they can never take care of a child in the center. PLEASE give some IMPORTANCE AND RESPECT to all who work. Very bad place to build a career and you will never get any recognition until You are PET to some people their even if u r talented YOUR work will be named as Their name only. PLEASE NEVER join Amelio If You are thinking of a Better Future. They will give Unnecessary stress and tensions.

They will not let you grow.. Managers will hide the opportunities u get from head office and they recommend some one whom they like even they never mind they worth for it or not
