Great policies, leaves & annual bonus along with free breakfast twice a day when in office. Great projects with good on-site opportunities. Higher management is very approachable

You are only listened to, but actual implementation never happens. Few projects still stuck on legacy products

Amdocs provides a lot of travel opportunities, if you like to travel, Amdocs is good

...han 9 hours for sure. The company has a culture was people work till late hours. The salary compensation is not fair

The work culture is commendable. Depending upon which team/ project you are in, you get to travel. Employee care is also a prime focus.

Work life balance can be struggle. Compensation is relatively low.

...or Tier 2. Never ever choose amdocs. Even if it gives you 15 Lpa for grad level. That is very basic pay also for tier 1.

Company used to be fun, HR policies were emplyee centric. From past one year this is changing still food fun activities and outing are a plus.

Dislikes

Management is worse and manipulative.No hikes and bonus and the process is not at all transparent. Work life balance depends on project to project but mostly the work culture is becoming toxic where the employee is expected to work on weeeknds and after work hours with no incentives.There is no incentives and the company is implementing cost cutting more than it should implement new technology.Feshers should not be blinded with reels on food and gifts posted on social media, all of it is a gimmick and far from reality.
