Job security is there and one thing is good that the salary day/Increment date/Bonus dates are fixed, there is no variation of single day

Dislikes

You can spend time without promotion, additional social activities & without employee engagement. You have to on job 24*7 even you are at home, outside or personal leaves.

Amcor is a Excellent company better than other flexible companies but Amcor is not gud increase the salary and Horse and Donkey are both same here. I means That Amcor is not understood the value of educated people in shop floor.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.

I Have work here for almost 2 year but I didn't see anything which I can like expect my colleagues who were very friendly.

Dislikes

There is no system, There is no development plan for employee. No Learning and Development program for employees. Only Nos & Nos is thing for Top Management of the company. This organisation have a very bad culture. Related to communication to their sub ordinate. They don't want to keep updating their sub ordinates.

Only boot-l$#kers & bucket-holding yes-men can have a successful career. Others will have to struggle on a daily and eventually either resign or get fired since you will not fitting the categories mentioned in the first line. No work-life balance. So called leaders have very fragile egos and autocratic attitude Absolutely no system in place The corporate office abroad is not bothered how the organisation is managed in India as long as they get the revenue. If you are not your manager's favourite, you are doomed Poor office infrastructure and welfare facilities In my opinion, this is a fake MNC. I wouldn't recommend this company with anyone with self-respect.

Manager Ravi solanki is treats everyone in his team like a servant. He doesn't have sense of humanity. He thinks All promotions made of him only. He says am doing kpi of all my team mates. Worst person ever I work with this kind of mentality. He never approves leave. He uses abusive words. Always put down the team mates before other departments. 3-4 years he doesn't join ofc and enjoying work from home. All day time he enjoyed with family and did late night work to show off how much hard working he is.
