Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and tha transparent. Company policies are average and apprat are fair but they look firstly their profit before employees

Tere is lot of politic and the management doesn't notes our issues. Salary id decent but career growth is slow. On tha job training is not given to new joinees

There is no management, company doesn't take employees as assets they treat as servant. Ther is no official timing of office if u get call at 10 at night you have to work on it & if u didn't pick the call you will be asked questions by senior, same thing goes for holidays & weekly's off. If we raise this that we are working late in off hours & over holidays as well, management reply this with "it's yours choice"

No management & doesn't respect their employees
