... employees always huge pressure you.just because you are a Off roll employee....culture,,,behaviour,,,,career growth very bad for off roll/3rd party pay roll employee.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

... self. My working life is just good Little problem we faced and rectifying. Till now not faced and Compensation and also not get any profit ,. All Just fine. In Ambuja cement company culture is very nice and supportive person's , Mainly everyone is support to safety culture and all is going safely. Job security up end of when our contract will be end because we are not working from direct in Ambuja. Work satisfaction is Averagelly good.

Company Policies good , but Management very bad , they give salary very less & In this company idont knw bonus every year given any peerson .

There is a lot of politics in the management doesn't address our issue salary is this end but career growth is no there is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to the the new joinees.

...any now has started recruiting trainees from IITs and NITs which is laudable. Also you can expect salary credited without delay

The learning environment is poor. The seniors don't have much theoretical knowledge but yeah they kinda have good practical knowledge gained with experience. Office politics plays a good role in your appraisals. Renumeration is not worth to showoff. However new entrants are now getting much higher than those established ones due to quality intakes. Innovation is not noticed. All that is praised in the name of innovation is due to Lafarge Holcim and that to at higher echelons.
